Privacy Policy

What we collect

Name, father/husband name, mobile, WhatsApp (optional), village/dhani, ward, area, age (optional), problem details, photos (optional), approximate GPS location (only if you press "Add my location"), and your development suggestions.

What we never collect

Aadhaar number, caste, religion, political preference or voting intention. The system does not predict anyone's political choice and is not used for caste/religion-based targeting.

How it is used

Only to register, follow up and resolve public problems and to understand village development priorities. Public statistics show only counts – never names, mobiles, photos or exact locations.

Security

HTTPS, role-based access (ward coordinators see only their wards), audit logs of every staff action, photos stored outside the public website, location data stripped from photos, regular encrypted-host backups.

Retention

Personal data is anonymised automatically after the retention period set by the administrator (default 365 days after the issue is closed); only anonymous statistics remain.

Your rights

You can get a copy of your submission (Track → mobile OTP → receipt/PDF), ask for correction, or ask for deletion using the “My data” request form.
