- Ward sabhas in all wards — each ward's problem list published on this portal
- List urgent water, street-light and road issues and send proposals to the departments concerned
- Assistance camps for eligible families: pension, ration, housing, crop insurance and farmer schemes
- Help desk at the panchayat office and a fixed weekly public-hearing day
- Panchayat income-expenditure and sanctioned works displayed on the notice board and portal

Special focus on water managementSpecial attention to drinking water supply, tankas, farm ponds, village ponds and rainwater harvesting.
Drinking water for every dhaniSurvey homes/dhanis left out of Jal Jeevan Mission and propose connections; timely arrangements for summer water shortage areas.
Pond deepening and water tanksDeepening village ponds under MGNREGA and helping eligible families get tanka and farm-pond scheme benefits.

Building and repairing roadsProposals under relevant schemes for roads connecting dhanis, village lanes and repair of damaged roads.
